The management of the Stellantis Multi Brand Accident Repair Programme has achieved Carbon Neutral certification in accordance with PAS 2060.
The Stellantis Multi Brand Accident Repair programme achieved Carbon Neutral certification in accordance with PAS 2060 late in 2021, after having worked with ECA Business Energy to first calculate its carbon footprint and implement new policies in place to manage and offset carbon emissions. The Carbon Neutral certification in accordance with PAS 2060 guidelines also includes plans in place to further reduce emissions each year.
ECA Business Energy are delighted to have supported the Stellantis Multi Brand Accident Repair Programme in becoming carbon neutral in accordance with PAS 2060. This process has seen them calculate their carbon footprint across all three scopes, devise and implement a carbon management plan and offset their emissions via internationally accredited offset projects.
Chris Downing, Head of Sales & Operations – Distrigo Parts Distribution & Accident Repair, Stellantis, said: “Stellantis has committed to contributing to a decarbonised economy. Already many of our global initiatives are pursuing a Carbon Neutral status through ambitious targets and planning. The management of the Stellantis Multi Brand Accident Repair programme is a UK initiative that joins the list of Carbon Neutral programmes in accordance with PAS 2060, further improving Stellantis’ green credentials as well as actively encouraging our UK wide network of Approved Accident Repairers to do the same.”
