ECA Business Energy are one of the longest established energy consultancies in the UK. Family owned and formed in 1986, we pride ourselves on our long standing relationships with our clients (many have been with us over 30 years) and our extended family: our team.
Over 40% of our workforce have over 10 years’ service with us, we have a very experienced and loyal team. We believe this reflects in our service to our customers and our relationships with suppliers and partners.
We have 3 key areas for staff incentives; these are available for all employees of the company with immediate effect: core company benefits, long service awards and recognition awards.
Core benefits include flexible working hours and patterns, remote working, holiday scheme (plus bank holidays which increases with service) and an additional annual leave day for your birthday.
We have always encouraged and rewarded long service within the business; over 60% of our team have been with us over 5 years.

Further incentives are available to all staff include a sales commission scheme, client renewal scheme, client referral, testimonial and case study incentive, friends and family recruitment referral, employee of the year award and employee of the quarter award.
Across the majority of roles in the business, we pay far in excess of the living wage. The minimum salary we pay is 15% above the national min wage limit for 21 to 24 year olds.
