These include Net Zero and Carbon Reduction consultation, energy management, tenant billing solutions, and Bureau services.

RM6313 allows for contracts of up to seven years and requires ECA Business Energy to maintain their Cyber Essentials Plus accreditation, indicating that the business is dedicated to protecting themselves and their customers from online safety threats.

Crown Commercial Services (CCS) offers public sector customers an alternate method to procuring energy management services under the RM6313 DMR.

CCS helps the public sector in maximising commercial value when procuring common goods and services.

CCS supported the public sector to make commercial gains of £2.8 billion in 2021/22, which allowed for world-class public services that offer the best value for taxpayers.

It enables public-sector businesses to obtain end-to-end energy management support in order to meet their compliance and certification requirements and establish a successful and optimised energy management service.
