Rye Street Group (the UK’s eighth largest independent bodyshop group) accident repair centres in Borehamwood and Hoddesdon, have been selected as the first of the Group’s seven bodyshop locations to work with us to become accredited as Carbon Neutral to the PAS2060 standard.
Both locations are LV= sole sites.
Our specialists offer a proven programme to support bodyshops to become Carbon Neutral. We help reduce carbon emissions, whilst offsetting carbon used by bodyshops, through high quality certified carbon credits.
Working closely with the Rye Street team, they will be following our structured 3 step process to achieve carbon neutrality:
1. Measure the company’s carbon footprint covering scopes 1, 2 and 3
2. Reduce emissions following a strategic carbon management plan
3. Offset through high quality certified carbon credits supporting local and national projects.
Rye Street Group join more than 300 bodyshops supported by ECA.
Our team help bodyshops enjoy the benefits of becoming carbon neutral including:
- PAS2060 accreditation
- Avoiding future carbon taxes
- Helping to protect the environment
- Reducing travel and energy costs
- Promoting achievements through marketing opportunities
