Managing Director
Steve joined ECA in 2003 as a Senior Manager for the Client Team, after many years within corporate animals such as American Express, Thomas Cook, and HSBC. He joined the Board Of Directors in 2008 as a reflection of his skills and dedication to the customer experience. Steve became Managing Director in January 2016.
Away from the office, Steve runs, supports Barnsley FC, and has two sons.
Head of Internal Services and Sales
Craig joined ECA as HR Manager in 2010 after working for businesses including Irwin Mitchell, Maplin, and EVO Group. He was then promoted to Internal Services Manager before becoming part of the Senior Management Team as Head of Internal Services and Sales.
His family, including two daughters, take up much of his spare time away from the office. He also plays football and cricket, and supports Spurs.
Head of Client Services
Fraser joined ECA as part of the administration team over 20 years ago. He’s progressed through the ranks and handled major accounts such as Ikea, Harrods, and the British Heart Foundation. He’s now Head of Client Services, responsible for a team of more than 20 people delivering quality service to our clients.
He spends his spare time with his family and supports Sheffield United.
